Shipping

Your selected order production month will determine when your items are manufactured and shipped.

Our primary international delivery service providers are either Pos Indonesia or JNE International. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Every order is protected with insurance against damage and loss during the shipping process. If your artwork sustains any damage during transit, kindly reach out to us promptly. We will work to promptly organize a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

 

Customs

Several nations impose taxes or duties upon the arrival of a package in the destination country. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to bear any taxes or duties that may occur during customs clearance.

Please be aware that we have no authority over these charges, and the specific costs may differ from country to country. For inquiries regarding this matter, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office. If the package is returned to Guywithhand due to unpaid customs charges, any associated costs, including return shipment expenses, customs charges, and handling fees, will be deducted from any applicable refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly get in touch with us immediately at darryldep@gmail.com. We are committed to working closely with you to address and resolve the issue. To assist us in better understanding the problem, we may request photos of the damage or defect.
